Providing this information is required regardless of the circumstances of separation (including when an employee quits) and even if the employee won\u2019t be eligible for UI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The information may be provided by letter, email, or text message or by providing the employee with the printed UI poster in person or by mail.
